Proverb 1
Whoever listens to me will live in safety and be at ease,without fear of harm.
(verse33)
Proverb 2
The Lord gives wisdom and from his mouth come knowledge and understanding.(verse6)
Proverb 3
Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not in your own understanding.in all your ways acknowledge him and he will make your paths straight.(verse5&6)
Proverb 4
Do not forsake wisdom and she will protect you; love her and she will watch over you.(verse5)
Proverb5
For a man's ways are in full view of the Lord and he examines all his paths.(Verse21)
Proverb 6
Do not lust in your heart after her beauty or let her captivate you with her eyes,for the prostitute reduces you to loaf of bread and the adultress preys upon your very life.(verse25 &26)
Proverb7
Keep my commands and you will live; gaurd my teaching as the apple of your eye.Bind them on your fingers;write them on the tablet of your heart.(verse 2&3)
Proverb 8
1) Choose my instruction instead of silver, knowledge rather than choice of Gold,for wisdom is more precious than rubies,and nothing you desire can compare with her.(Verse 10&11)
2) For whoever finds me finds life and receives favor from the Lord.(verse 35)
Proverb 9
1) The fear of the Lord is the Beginning of wisdom and knowledge of the Holy One is understanding.(verse10)
2) For through me your days will be many, and years will be added to your life.(verse11)

Proverb 10
1)The mouth of a righteous is a fountain of life,but violence overwhelms the mouth of the wicked.(verse11)
2) The blessing of the Lord brings wealth, and he adds no trouble to it.(verse 22)
3)The fear of the Lord adds length to life, but the years of the wicked are cut short.(verse 27)
4)The mouth of a righteous brings forth wisdom, but the mouth of a perverse tongue will be cut out.(verse 31)

Proverb 11
1)The fruit of righteous is a tree life, and he who wins souls is wise.(verse30)
2) The desire of the righteous ends only in good, but the hope of the wicked only in wrath.(verse 23)
Proverb 12
1) A righteous man is catious in friendship,but the way of the wicked leads them astray.(verse 26)
2)Truthful lips endures forever, but a lying tongue lasts only a moment.(verse 19)
3) A good man obtains favor from the Lord but the Lord condems the crafty man.(verse 2)
Proverb 13
The teaching of the wise is a fountain of life , turning a man from the snares of death.(verse14)
Proverb 14
He whose walks is upright fears the Lord, but he whos ways are devious despises him.
(verse 2)
Proverb 15
1) A cheerful look brings joy to the heart, and good news gives health to the bones.(verse 30)
2) Better a little with the fear of the Lord than great wealth with turmoil.(verse 16)
3) A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger

Proverb 16
1)To man belongs the plans of the heart, but the Lord comes the reply of the tongue.(verse 1)
2) Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and your plans will succeed. (verse 3)
3) Pleasant words are a honeycomb , sweet to the soul and healing to the bones.(verse 24)
4) There is a way that seems right to a man , but in the end it leads to death.(verse 25)

Proverb 17
1) If a man pays back evil for good, evil will never leave his house.(verse 13)
2) Even a fool is thought wise if he keeps silent, and discerning if he holds his tongue.
(verse 28)

Proverb 18
1) The word's of a man's mouth are deep waters, but the fountain of wisdom is a bubbling brook.(verse 4)
2) The name of the Lord is a strong tower; the righteous run to it and are safe.(verse 10)
3) The tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat its fruit.(verse 21)
4) A man of many companions may helpcome to ruin but there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother .(verse 24)


Proverb 19
1) He who is kind to the poor lends to the Lord and he will reward him for what he has done.(verse 17)
2) Listen to advice and accept instruction , and in the end you will be wise.(verse 20)
3) Many are the plans in a man's heart, but it is the Lord's purpose that prevails.(verse 21)

Proverb 20
1) The purpose of a man's heart are deep waters, but a man of understanding draws them out.( verse 5)
2) Even a child is known by his actions, by whether his actions , whether his conduct is pure and right.(verse 11)
3) Gold there is, and rubies in abundance, but lips that speak knowledge are a rare jewel.(verse 15)
4) Do not say I''ll pay you back for this wrong ! Wait for the Lord and he will deliver you.(verse 22)
5) A an's steps are directed by the Lord. How then can anyone understand by his own ways.(verse 24)
6) The lamp of the Lord searches the spirit of a man it searches out his inmost beings.(verse 27)

Proverb 21

1) All of a man's heart may seem right but the Lord weighs the heart.(verse 2)
2) If a man shuts his ears to the cry of the poor, he too will cry out and not be answered.(verse 13)
3) He who loves pleasure will beocme poor; whoever loves oil and wine will never be rich.(verse 17)
4) He who pursues righteousness and love finds life,prosperity and honour.(verse 21)
5) There is no wisdom, no insight, no plan that can suceed against the Lord.(verse 30)
6) The horse is ready for the day of battle but the victory rests with the Lord.

Proverb 22
1) A good name is more desirable than great riches; to be esteemed is better than silver or gold.(verse 1)
2) Humility and fear of the Lord brings wealth and honor and life.(verse 4)
3) Train a child in the way he should go , and when he is old he will not return from it.(verse 6)
Proverb 23
1) Buy the truth and do not sell it; get wisdom ,disipline and understanding (verse 23)
2) The father of a righteous man has great joy; he who has a wise son delights in him (verse 24)
Proverb 24
1) A honest answer is like a kiss on the lips.(verse 26)

Proverb 25


1) If your enemy is hungry, give him food to eat; if he is thirsty give him water to drink .In doing this you will heap burning coals on his head, and the Lord will reward you.(verse 22)

Proverb 26
1) If a man digs a pit he will fall into it, if a man rolls a stone, it will roll back on him.(verse 27)
Proverb 27
1) Do not boast about tommorow for you do not know what a day may bring forth. (verse 1)
2) As water reflects a face,so a man's heart reflects the man.(verse 19)

Proverb 28
1) Evil man do not understand justice, but those who seek the Lord understand it fully.(verse 5)
2) He who concelas his sins does not prosper, but whoever confesses and renounces them finds mercy.(verse 13)
3) Better a poor man whose ways are blameless than a rich man who's ways are perverse.(verse 6)
4) Blessed is the man who always fears the Lord but he who hardens his heart falls into trouble.(verse 14)
5) A faithful man will be richly blessed but one eager to get rich will not go unpunished.(verse 20)
6) A stingy man is eager to get rich and is unaware that poverty awaits him.(verse 22)
7) He who trusts in himself is a fool, but he who walks in wisdom is kept safe.(verse 26)
8) He who gives to the poor will lack nothing but he who closes his eyes to them receives many curses.(verse 27)

Proverb 29
1) Discipline your son, and he will give you peace; he will bring delight to your soul.9verse 17)
2) A man's pride brings him low, but a man of lowly spirit gains honor.(verse 23)

Proverb 30

1) Every word of God is flawless he is a shield to those who take refuge in him.(verse 5)
